4 5 Forget everything you know about jewelry. Try to imagine something new from scratch, a different point of view. Exclusive. Individual. Limitless. Thus begins the story of UNOde50. Founded in Madrid in the late ’90s, the brand responded to the need for a style of jewelry that broke with convention. What followed was a revolution, in which the techniques and processes of traditional jewel- ry-making served to create a new way of doing things. Around the same time, José Azulay acquired UNOde50 and began to create dis- tinctive jewelry with unique and de- cidedly original designs. The few units created only served to reinforce the brand’s personality and select nature. A CREATIVE UNIVERSE A CREATIVE UNIVERSE The first UNOde50 collections consisted of only 50 units each, a commitment to quality and exclu- sivity that progressively evolved gi- ven the success of the brand. Currently, UNOde50 continues to produce all of its pieces by hand, making each item unique, and it re- leases Limited Editions of 50 units for every collection.
